December 2 2009-Fort Valley, GA
As the fiscal year 2009 begins to wind down for most companies, Cobian International Group finds itself amidst an upgrade of communication capabilities in the Rural U.S. In cooperation with A-Plus Community Solutions(APlusCSI), Cobian and its engineering team will be providing the Fort Valley Utilities Commission with 9 miles of fiber-optic connectivity using an FTTP solution that only requires 12 to 17 mm of depth for ease of deployment. The LAT(www.liteaccess.com) Micro Duct technology allows for a future proof, non-disruptive, easily integrated system that will provide end to end connectivity between the FVUC and the Fort Valley School System. This technology deployment is the first of its kind in these under served areas and fits in line with the RUS and NTIA Broadband Stimulus requirements, a standard by which the Cobian/APlusCSI partnership have made a top priority. “This is a huge step by this synergy to deliver the bandwidth requirements so greatly needed in some of these technology deficient sub regions. I can only hope that this is just the beginning for this region and that Cobian remains at the forefront of building a totally accessible world.” said, Brandon Negron, Regional Vice President at Cobian International Group Inc.
